One of the easy way to identify this kit is with the 2 section wing where the wing has 2 dowls that slide into a rib on the cabin area. Please correct me if wrong, but I do not think it had a N# with the kit.

GreatPlanes came out with the original Electric Cub that had a brushed geared system in it. It was a 3 channel with throttle, ruder and elevator. Had a N# of NC 42257
They came out with a 2nd version that had Ailerons with it.
I have had both and love the one with Ailerons the best. Have mine setup with nights for night flying and is covered in clear to see the bones of the plane.

GreatPlanes had three sizes, so it made it easy to pick the one you wanted. Had a N# of NC 81455
Two cubs that get mixed up the most is the GreatPlanes 40 size and the Goldberg cub. If you look to the right, you will see how the back part of the wing mount is for the GreatPlanes If your wing mount is different then look at the Goldberg cub and see if it matches.
