Article was written before the discovery of pink-it.net. The tape from SIG, Balsa USA, and Stits is NOT to scale, the tape at Stits looks to be cut with a standard Pinking this being full scale. Some say to use the Hair Tape, but it is OK for 1/3 scale. Fiskars makes a pair of scissors that cut small pinked edged but it to is a little big. Johnson and Johnson makes a pinked edge tape but it gets flattened on the roll and takes some work to make it look good as you can see below I have several different tapes laid out for you to see.
